Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

This store is operated under the name Belgrave Club. You can reach us at supportbelgraveclub@gmail.com.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order.

4. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Fibre composition is shown on each product page and on the garment's label.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our full Returns & Refunds policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work, including our extended 30-day return window.

7. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes (such as CLUB10) can't be exchanged for cash, can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
